In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful

1. We have sent Noah to his people: “Warn your people before a painful retribution comes to them.”

2. He said: “My people, I am to you a clear warner.”

3. “That you shall serve God and be aware of Him and obey.”

4. “He shall forgive your sins and delay you to a predetermined time. If God’s time comes, then it cannot be delayed, if you know.”

5. He said: “My Lord, I have called on my people night and day.”

6. “But my calling only drove them away!”

7. “And every time I called on them so that You may forgive them, they put their fingers in their ears and they covered their heads with their outer garments and they insisted, and they became greatly arrogant.”

8. “Then I called to them openly.”

9. “Then I announced to them, and I told them in secret.”

10. “And I said: Seek forgiveness of your Lord, for He was forgiving.”

11. “He sends the clouds upon you constantly.”

12. “And He provides you with money and children, and He makes for you gardens, and He makes for you rivers.”

13. “Why do you not seek God humbly.”

14. “While He created you in stages?”

15. “Did you not see how God created seven heavens in rings?”

16. “And He made the moon in them to be a light, and He made the sun to be a lit flame?

17. “And God made you grow from the earth as plants.”

18. “Then He returns you to it, and He brings you out an out bringing?”

19. “And God made the land for you as a plain.”

20. “So that you may seek in it ways and paths?”

21. Noah said: “My Lord, they have disobeyed me and have followed whose money and children only increased him in loss.”

22. And they plotted a great plotting.

23. And they said: “Do not abandon your gods, do not abandon Destroyer, nor Night Group, nor Helper and Deterrer and Eagle.”

24. And they have misguided many, but We only increase the wicked in misguidance.

25. For their sins they were drowned, then they were admitted to the fire, and they could not find beside God any victor.

26. And Noah said: “My Lord, do not leave on the earth any of the rejecters at all.”

27. “If you are to leave them, then they will misguide your servants and they will only give birth to a wicked rejecter.”

28. “My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my sanctity as a believer, and to the believing men and believing women, and do not increase the wicked except in destruction.”

In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful

1. Say: “It has been inspired to me that a group of Jinn were listening.” They said: “We have heard a magnificent Quran!”

2. “It guides to what is correct, so we believed in it, and we will not set up anyone with our Lord.”

3. “And exalted is the majesty of our Lord, He has not taken a wife nor a son.”

4. “And it was the foolish one amongst us who used to say lies about God.”

5. “And we had thought that neither mankind nor the Jinn would never utter a lies against God.”

6. “And there were men from among mankind who used to seek help from the men among the Jinn, but they only helped increase them in sin.”

7. “And they thought as you thought, that God would not send anyone.”

8. “And we touched the heaven, but found it full of powerful guards and projectiles.”

9. “And we used to sit in it in places of listening, but anyone who sit now finds a projectile homing in on him.”

10. “And we do not know, is it evil that is intended for those on earth, or does their Lord want for them what is correct?”

11. “And among us are those who are good doers, and some of us are opposite to that, we are in many paths.”

12. “And we think that we cannot escape God on earth, nor can we escape him if we run.”

13. “And when we heard the guidance, we believed in it. So whoever believes in his Lord, then he will not fear a decrease in reward, nor a burdensome punishment.”

14. “And among us are those who surrendered, and among us are the compromisers. As for those who have surrendered, they have sought what is correct.”

15. And as for the compromisers, they are firewood for Hell.

16. And had they walked on the right path, We would have provided them with abundant water.

17. To test them with it. And whosoever turns away from the remembrance of his Lord, He will enter him a severe retribution.

18. And the temples are for God, so do not call on anyone with God.

19. And when God’s servant stood up to call on Him, they nearly banded to oppose him.

20. Say: “I only call on my Lord, and I do not associate anyone with Him.”

21. Say: “I have no power to cause you harm nor to show you what is right.”

22. Say: “No one can protect me from God, and I will not find any refuge except with Him.”

23. “It is just an announcement from God and His messages. And whosoever disobeys God and His messenger, then he will have the fire of Hell to dwell eternally therein.”

24. Until they see what they are promised, then they will know who has the weakest ally and is least in number.

25. Say: “I do not know if what you are promised is near, or if my Lord will make it distant.”

26. The knower of the unseen, He does not reveal His knowledge to anyone.

27. Except to whom He has accepted as a messenger, then He reveals from the past and the future.

28. So that He knows that they have delivered the messages of their Lord, and He surrounds all that is with them, and He Has counted the number of all things.

In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful

1. O you cloaked one.

2. Stand the night except for a little.
3. Half of it, or a little less than that.
4. Or a little more, and arrange the Quran in its arrangement.
5. We will place upon you a saying which is heavy.
6. The time of the night is more effective and better for study.
7. For you have many duties during the day.
8. And remember the name of your Lord, and devote to Him completely.
9. The Lord of the east and the west, there is no god but He, so take Him as a protector.
10. And be patient over what they say, and depart from them in a good manner.
11. And leave Me to deal with the deniers who have been given the good things, and give them time for a while.
12. We have with Us chains and a raging fire.
13. And food that chokes, and a painful retribution.
14. The day the earth and the mountains shake, and the mountains become crumbling sand.
15. We have sent to you a messenger as a witness over you, as We have sent to Pharaoh a messenger.
16. But Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger, so We took him in a severe manner.
17. So how can you be righteous if you have rejected, on a day when the children become grey haired?
18. The sky will crack with it. His promise is always delivered.
19. This is a reminder, so let he who wishes take a path to his Lord.
20. Your Lord knows that you rise a little less than two thirds of the night, and half of it, and one third of it, as well as a group of those who are with you. And God measures the night and the day. He knows that you will not be able to keep-up, so He pardons you. So study what is made easy of the Quran. He knows that there will be sick among you, and others that venture out in the land seeking from God’s bounty, and others who are fighting in the cause of God, so study what you can of it. And establish the assembly and contribute towards betterment and give God a loan of righteousness. And whatever you put forth yourselves, you will find it with God, for it is better and a greater reward. And seek God’s forgiveness, for God is Forgiving, Merciful.

In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful

1. O you blanketed one.

2. Stand and warn.

3. And your Lord glorify.

4. And purify your outer garments.

5. And leave all addictions.

6. And do not give to expect anything in return.

7. And to your Lord be patient.

8. So when the trumpet is sounded.

9. That will be a very difficult day.

10. Upon the rejecters it will not be easy.

11. So leave Me alone with the one I have created.

12. And I gave him abundant wealth.

13. And children to bear witness.

14. And I made everything comfortable for him.

15. Then he is greedy wanting that I give more.

16. No. He was stubborn to Our revelations.

17. I will exhaust him in climbing.

18. He thought and he analyzed.

19. So woe to him for how he thought.

20. Then woe to him for how he thought.

21. Then he looked.

22. Then he frowned and became bad tempered.

23. Then he turned away and was arrogant.

24. So he said: “This is nothing but the magic of old.”

25. “This is nothing but the words of a human.”

26. I will cast him in Saqir.

27. And do you know what is Saqir?

28. It does not spare nor leave anything.

29. A scorcher for the humans.

30. Upon it is nineteen.

31. And We have made the guardians of the fire to be Angels; and We did not make their number except as a test for those who have rejected, so that those who were given the scripture would understand, and those who have faith would be increased in faith, and so that those who have been given the scripture and the believers do not have doubt, and so that those who have a sickness in their hearts and the rejecters would say: “What did God mean with an example such as this?” It is such that God misguides whom He wishes, and He guides whom He wishes. And none know your Lord’s soldiers except Him. And it is but a reminder for the humans.

32. No, by the moon.

33. And by the night when it withdraws.

34. And by the morning when it brightens.

35. It is one of the great ones.

36. A warning to humans.

37. For any among you who wishes to advance or regress.

38. Every soul is held by what it earned.

39. Except for the people of the right.

40. In gardens they will ask one another.

41. About the criminals.

42. “What has caused you to be in Saqir?”

43. They said: “We were not of those who assembled.”

44. “And we did not feed the poor person.”

45. “And we use to participate with those who talk falsehood.”

46. “And we used to deny the Day of Judgment.”

47. “Until the certainty came to us.”

48. But no intercession of intercessors can help them.

49. Why have turned away from being reminded?

50. They are like fleeing zebras.

51. Running from the lion.

52. Alas, every one of them wants to be given separate scriptures.

53. No, they do nor fear the hereafter.

54. No, it is a reminder.

55. So whosoever wishes will remember it.

56. And none will remember except if God wills. He is the source of righteousness and the source of forgiveness.

In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful

1. I swear by the Day of Judgment.

2. And I swear by the soul which is self blaming.
3. Does man think that We will not gather his bones?
4. Indeed, We were able to make his finger tips.
5. No, man desires that he continue committing sins.
6. He asks: “When is the Day of Resurrection?”
7. So, when the sight is dazzled.
8. And the moon is eclipsed.
9. And the sun and moon are joined together.
10. Man will say on that day: “Where can I escape!”
11. No. There is no refuge.
12. To your Lord on that day is the abode.
13. Man will be told on that day what he has put forward, and what he has done.
14. No, man will testify against himself.
15. Even though he puts forth his excuses.
16. Do not move your tongue with it to make haste.
17. It is for Us to gather it and relate it.
18. So when We relate it, you shall follow its reading.
19. Then it is for Us to clarify it.
20. No, you like this world.
21. And neglect the hereafter.
22. Faces on that day will be shining.
23. Looking at their Lord.
24. And faces on that day will be gloomy.
25. Thinking that a punishment is coming to them.
26. No, when it reaches the throat.
27. And it will be said: “Who can save him?”
28. And he thinks it is the time of departing.
29. And the leg is buckled around the other leg.
30. To your Lord on that day he will be driven.
31. For he did not believe nor assemble.
32. But he denied and turned away.
33. Then he went to his family admiring himself.
34. Woe to you and woe to you.
35. Then woe to you and woe to you.
36. Did man think that he will be left neglected?
37. Was he not a drop of sperm put forth?
38. Then he was a clot, then he was designed.
39. Then He made from him the two pairs, male and female.
40. Is One as such then not able to resurrect the dead?

In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful

1. Was there not a time in the past when the human being was nothing to even be mentioned?

2. We have created the human from drops of semen to test him, so We made him hear and see.

3. We have guided him to the path, either to be thankful or to reject.

4. We have prepared for the rejecters chains and collars and a blazing fire.

5. As for the pious, they will drink from a cup which has the scent of musk.

6. A spring from which the servants of God drink, it gushes forth abundantly.

7. They fulfill their vows, and they fear a day whose consequences are wide-spread.

8. And they give food out of love to the poor and the orphan and the prisoner.

9. “We only feed you for the sake of God, we do not desire from you any reward or thanks.”

10. “We fear from our Lord a day which will be horrible and difficult.”

11. So God shielded them from the evil of that day, and He cast towards them a look and a smile.

12. And He rewarded them for their patience with a garden and silk.

13. They are reclining in it on raised couches, they do not have in it excessive sun nor bitter cold.

14. And its shade is close upon them, and its fruit is hanging low within reach.

15. And they are served upon with bowls of silver and glasses of crystal.

16. Crystal laced with silver, measured accordingly.

17. And they are given to drink in it from a cup which has the scent of ginger.

18. A spring in which is called ‘Salsabeel’.

19. And they are encircled with eternal children. If you see them you will think they are pearls which have been scattered about.

20. And if you look, then you will see a blessing and a great dominion.

21. They will have outer garments of fine green silk, and necklaces and bracelets from silver, and their Lord will give them a cleansed drink.

22. This is the reward for you, and your struggle is appreciated.

23. We have sent down to you the Quran in stages.

24. So be patient to the judgment of your Lord, and do not obey from them any sinner or rejecter.

25. And remember the name of your Lord morning and evening.

26. And from the night you shall submit to Him and praise Him long throughout the night.

27. These people like the current life, and they put behind them a heavy day.

28. We have created them, and We have made them strong. And if We wished, We would replace their kind completely.

29. This is a reminder, so let whoever wills take a path to his Lord.

30. And you cannot will, except if God wills. God is Knowledgeable, Wise.

31. He admits whom He wills to His mercy. And as for the wicked, He Has prepared for them a painful retribution.

In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful

1. By the winds which are sent.

2. Then the gusts that blow.
3. And all that is scattered about.
4. So the separators which divide.
5. Then the remembrance that is found.
6. An excuse or a warning.
7. What you are being promised will come to pass.
8. So when the stars are plunged.
9. And when the sky is opened.
10. And when the mountains are destroyed.
11. And when the messengers are gathered.
12. For what day has it been delayed?
13. For the Day of Separation.
14. And do you know what is the Day of Separation?
15. Woe on that day to the disbelievers!
16. Did We not destroy the ancient people
17. Then We made others succeed them?
18. It is such that We do to the criminals.
19. Woe on that day to the disbelievers!
20. Did We not create you from a fragile water
21. Then We made it in a place of protection
22. Until a time that is predetermined?
23. So We measured, and We are the best to measure.
24. Woe on that day to the disbelievers!
25. Did We not make the earth an abode
26. Living and dead.
27. And We made massive stabilizers in it, and We gave you to drink fresh water?
28. Woe on that day to the disbelievers!
29. Away with you towards what you have disbelieved.
30. Away with you to a shadow with three columns.
31. Neither does it shade, nor does it avail from the flames.
32. It throws sparks as huge as logs.
33. As if they were yellow camels.
34. Woe on that day to the disbelievers!
35. This is a day when they shall not speak.
36. Nor will it be permitted for them so they can make excuses.
37. Woe on that day to the disbelievers!
38. This is the Day of Separation where We have gathered you with the ancient people.
39. So if you have a scheme, then make use of it.
40. Woe on that day to the disbelievers!
41. The righteous are among shades and springs.
42. And fruit from what the desire.
43. “Eat and drink comfortably for what you used to do.”
44. It is such that We reward the good doers.
45. Woe on that day to the disbelievers!
46. “Eat and enjoy for a little while, for you are criminals.”
47. Woe on that day to the disbelievers!
48. And when they are told to yield, they do not yield.
49. Woe on that day to the disbelievers!
50. So in what words after this will they believe?

In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful

1. What are they inquiring about?

2. About the grand news.

3. The one which they are in disagreement about.

4. No, they will come to know.

5. No, then again, they will come to know.

6. Did We not make the earth a resting ground?

7. And the mountains as pegs?

8. And We created you in pairs?

9. And We made your sleep for resting?

10. And We made the night as a covering?

11. And We made the day to work in?

12. And We constructed above you seven mighty ones?

13. And We made a burning lamp?

14. And We sent down abundant water from the rain clouds

15. To bring out with it seeds and plants

16. And gardens of thick growth?

17. The Day of Separation is at an appointed time.

18. The day when the horn is blown and you come in crowds.

19. And the heaven is opened, so it becomes gates.

20. And the mountains will be moved as if they were a mirage.

21. For Hell is in wait.

22. For the transgressors it is a dwelling place.

23. They will abide in it for ages.

24. They will not taste anything cold in it nor drink.

25. Except for boiling water and filthy discharge.

26. An exact recompense.

27. They did not seek the reckoning.

28. And they denied Our revelations greatly.

29. And everything We have counted in a record.

30. So taste it, for no increase will come to you from Us except in retribution.

31. As for the righteous, they will have success.

32. Gardens and grapevines.

33. And magnificent companions.

34. And a cup that is full.

35. They do not hear in it any vile talk nor lies.

36. A reward from your Lord, in recognition for what is done.

37. The Lord of heavens and earth and what is between them, the Almighty. None possess any authority to speak to Him.

38. The day when the Spirit and the Angels stand in line, none will speak unless the Almighty authorizes him and he speaks what is true.

39. That is the day of truth, so let whoever wills seek a way to his Lord.

40. I have warned you of a retribution which is close, the day when man will look at what he has brought forth and the rejecter will say: “I wish I were dust!”

In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful

1. By those that take the person forcibly.
2. And those that take the person gently.
3. And those that swim along.
4. And those that press forward in a race.
5. So as to carry out a command.
6. On the day the ground shakes.
7. It will be followed by the second blow.
8. Hearts on that day will be terrified.
9. Their eyes cast down.
10. They will say: “Shall we be sent back to live our lives.”
11. “Even after we were crumbled bones?”
12. They said: “This is an impossible recurrence.”
13. But all it takes is one blow.
14. Whereupon they get up.
15. Did the story of Moses come to you?
16. His Lord called him at the holy valley of Tuwa.
17. “Go to Pharaoh, for he has transgressed.”
18. Tell him: “Would you not be purified?”
19. “And I will guide you to your Lord, that you may turn reverent.”
20. He then showed him the great miracle.
21. But he disbelieved and rebelled.
22. Then he turned away in a hurry.
23. So he gathered and proclaimed.
24. He said: “I am your lord, the most high.”
25. So God seized him with retribution in the Hereafter, as well as in the first life.
26. In that is a lesson for those who are aware.
27. Are you a more powerful creation than the sky which He built?
28. He raised its height, and perfected it.
29. And He covered its night and brought out its morning.
30. And the land after that He spread out.
31. He brought forth from it its own water and pasture.
32. And the mountains He fixed firmly.
33. All this to be a provision for you and your livestock.
34. Then, when the great blow comes.
35. The day when the human remembers all that he strove for.
36. And Hell will be apparent to all who can see.
37. for the one who transgressed.
38. And he was preoccupied with the worldly life.
39. Then Hell will be the abode.
40. And as for the one who reverenced the majesty of his Lord, and restrained himself from desire.
41. The Paradise will be the abode.
42. They ask you about the Hour: “When is its appointed time?”
43. You have no knowledge if it.
44. To your Lord is its term.
45. You are simply to warn those who fear it.
46. For the day they see it will be as if they had remained one evening or half a day.

In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful

1. He frowned and turned away.
2. That the blind one came to him.
3. And what makes you know, perhaps he is seeking to purify?
4. Or to remember, so the remembrance will benefit him?
5. As for the one who was content.
6. You were addressing yourself to him.
7. And why does it concern you that he does not want to purify?
8. And as for the one who came to you seeking.
9. While he was fearful.
10. You were too pre-occupied for him.
11. No, this is but a reminder.
12. For whoever wills to remember.
13. In scripts which are honourable.
14. Raised and pure.
15. By the hands of revealed ones.
16. Honourable and righteous.
17. Mankind is killed for his rejection.
18. From what did He create him?
19. From a drop of semen He created him and moulded him.
20. Then the path he made easy for him.
21. Then He made him die and buried him.
22. Then if He wishes He resurrects him.
23. No, when what has been ordained is complete.
24. Let man look to his food.
25. We have poured the water abundantly.
26. Then We cracked the land with cracks.
27. And We made grow in it seeds.
28. And grapes and pasture.
29. And olives and palm trees.
30. And gardens in variety.
31. And fruits and vegetables.
32. An offering to you and your livestock.
33. So when the screaming shout comes.
34. The day when a person will run from his brother.
35. And his mother and father.
36. And his mate and children.
37. For every person on that day is a matter that concerns him.
38. Faces on that day which are openly displayed.
39. Laughing and seeking good news.
40. And faces on that day with dust on them.
41. Being burdened by remorse.
42. Those are the rejecters, the wicked.

In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful

1. When the sun implodes.
2. And when the stars cannot be seen.
3. And when the mountains are made to move.
4. And when the reproduction is ended.
5. And when the beasts are gathered.
6. And when the seas are made to boil.
7. And when the souls are paired.
8. And when the infant girl who was killed is asked
9. For what crime was she killed.
10. And when the scripts are displayed.
11. And when the sky is removed.
12. And when Hell is ignited.
13. And when Paradise is made near.
14. Every soul will know what it had done.
15. So, I do swear by the galaxies.
16. They run in their orbits.
17. And the night when it passes.
18. And the morning when it breathes.
19. It is the saying of an honourable messenger.
20. With power and influence from the One of the throne.
21. Obeyed, and trustworthy.
22. And your friend is not crazy.
23. And he saw him by the clear horizon.
24. And he has no knowledge of the future.
25. And it is not the saying of an outcast devil.
26. So where will you go?
27. It is but a reminder for the worlds.
28. For whoever of you wishes to be straight.
29. And you cannot will anything except if God wills, the Lord of the worlds.

In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful

1. When the sky is damaged.
2. And when the planets are scattered.
3. And when the seas burst.
4. And when the graves are laid open.
5. Then a soul will know what it has brought forth and what it has left behind.
6. man, what has turned you arrogant against your Lord, the most generous;
7. The One who created you, then evolved you, then made you upright?
8. In any which picture He chooses, He places you.
9. No, you are but deniers of the system.
10. And over you are those who watch.
11. Honourable scribes.
12. They know what you do.
13. The pious are in Paradise.
14. And the wicked are in Hell.
15. They will enter it on the day of recompense.
16. And they will not be absent from it.
17. And do you know what is the day of recompense?
18. Then again, do you know what is the day of recompense?
19. The day when no soul possesses anything for any other soul, and the decision on that day is to God.

In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful

1. Woe to those who short change.
2. Those who when they are receiving any measure from the people, they take it in full.
3. And when they are the ones giving measure or weight, they give less than due.
4. Do these not assume that they will be resurrected
5. To a great day?
6. The day mankind stand before the Lord of the worlds.
7. No, the record of the wicked is in Sijjeen.
8. And do you know what is Sijjeen?
9. A numbered record.
10. Woe on that day to the deniers.
11. Those who denied the day of recompense.
12. And none will deny it except every transgressor who knows no bounds.
